Building 1 is up and partially occupied. These units are for lease only and there are 2- (30 x 40 x 16) units left.

Phase 1 (Building 6) is in pre-sale stage. These units have special "legacy" pricing. There are 7 units (24 x 50 x 17) available in this building.
What is the cost?

Northa' 8 Mile, Building 1, Lease only Unit @ $1.10 per sq ft.

How can a Garage Condo be customized?
You can make your unit your own by tailoring it to your dreams.
Units are purchased without the floor in place so that restrooms, in-floor heat, thickened areas for lifts, electrical, floor drains, & whatever else you may need can be installed to your desires. The floors (included in the price) are then installed. Walls, mezzanines, car lifts, etc. can all be added after.
We will provide construction services to accommodate you.
When can you access your Garage Condo?
Owners have 24/7 access to their Garage Condos and to the Future Members Clubhouse. Our community is gated, well lit with key-pad gate entry.
Is there security?
VPPC is a gated Members community with keypad entry at the gate and ample security lighting and video perimeter surveillance.
In addition to the community security, each owner may install their own private security system if desired.
Can you live in your condo?
Laws restrict owners from living in their condos.
However, we do encourage you to be on site and meet the other owners, host your events, meetings or parties at the Members clubhouse and make your space feel like a home away from home.
